The work I do today sits at the line between AI and real business workflows. Most teams I meet are already trying AI informally — ChatGPT on a phone, a colleague who's figured out a prompt that works — but the company doesn't have a shared standard for what's safe, what's repeatable, or what each department should actually be using it for.

That's the gap AI at Work fills. Lead Your Team With AI is a 30-day programme for 5 to 12 people leaders from one organization. We help managers select high-value workflows, implement at least one in real work, and apply practical safe-use and human-review rules. Leadership receives evidence and recommendations for the next adoption decision.

I'm doing this from Nairobi because it's the work I'm closest to. The Kenyan SME has the same problem as the global team: AI interest without AI capability. The shape of the answer is the same too — start from the work, not the tool.
