The work I do today sits at the line between AI and real business workflows. Most teams I meet are already trying AI informally — ChatGPT on a phone, a colleague who's figured out a prompt that works — but the company doesn't have a shared standard for what's safe, what's repeatable, or what each department should actually be using it for.

That's the gap AI at Work fills. We sit with the team, look at the workflows the company actually runs on — the emails, the reports, the customer replies, the meeting notes, the SOPs — and we build a library of prompts, templates, and safety rules that fit that team specifically. Then we check back in at 7 and 30 days to keep it sticking.

I'm doing this from Nairobi because it's the work I'm closest to. The Kenyan SME has the same problem as the global team: AI interest without AI capability. The shape of the answer is the same too — start from the work, not the tool.
